About the Joyful Noise Community Youth Music Program
In 2016, St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Monona received a $15,000 grant from the Ecumenical Housing Corporation Fund for Faith Communities, a Field of Interest Fund at the Madison Community Foundation in support of the development of the Joyful Noise Community Youth Music Program, a general music education and enrichment program.
Madison Community Foundation uses is local knowledge and assets to inspire giving, support meaningful initiatives, and connect people for the common good. It was established in 1942 as a tax-exempt community trust and is governed by a Board of Governors representing the broad interest of the community. Individuals and organizations interested in establishing an endowment with Madison Community Foundation or donating money to its general fund may find more information online at www.madisoncommunityfoundation.org.
